My Name is Reis Wright and I grew up in Platte City, Missouri were I was able to be a part of some great teams on the field including the 1st Semi-FInal and State Championship teams in Platte County’s history. This led me to William Jewell College where I was a dual sport collegiate athlete in football and track. I began my teaching and coaching career at Richmond High School, in Richmond, MO. There I was able to be an assistant and witnessed great leaders develop a program from 0-10, to 15-0 in 5 years winning the State Championship in 2010.
After 7 years in Richmond I was granted an opportunity to lead a program and worked as a head coach the following 8 years. I will be going into my 18th year teaching and coaching, and 3rd year in Jackson, and 2nd year as our running back coach.
I am a husband of 10 years to my rock, Cassie, and father to Willis, our 9 year old son. We are beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to work for the Jackson School District, Community, and to be a part of the Jackson Football Family!
