Coach Pollock was born and raised in Southeast Missouri, attending Crystal City High School and then graduating from Dexter High School. While in school Coach Pollock played football, basketball, and baseball. He went on to play football at Southwest Baptist University for four years. In those years SBU won a conference championship and went to the D2 national playoffs for the first time in school history.

Before coming to Jackson in 2023 Coach Pollock has taught and coached football, basketball, and track in Neosho and Troy Buchanan.

Coach Pollock has been married to his wife Ashley for five years and we are excited to be a part of the Jackson Community!
