Coach Hermann is a 2007 graduate of Ste. Genevieve High School.  In high school,  Coach Hermann started offense and defense on 2 quarterfinals teams and 1 state semi-finalist team.  He was team captain and all state defensive linemen his senior year to go along with multiple all conference and all region recognitions for offense and defense.

Coach Hermann has a Bachelor’s (PE K-12) and Masters (Secondary Administration) degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

Coach Hermann teaches High School Health and along with varsity football he also coaches varsity girls basketball.  Prior to Jackson, Coach Hermann was at Chaffee and Meadow Heights where he was the Athletic Director and Varsity Coach for football, basketball, and baseball. 

Coach Hermann is married to the former Alyssa Wills who teaches Pre-K at East Elementary.  They live in Jackson with their two children Karson (4) and Parker (2).
